Monster Hunter 4 Rumors
Internet boards are currently aflame with rumors regarding the next installment of Capcom’s highly popular Monster Hunter franchise, Monster Hunter 4. First was the rumor published in Gamelab, A Japanese Gaming Magazine, in which it states that Monster Hunter 4 will be released on both the Playstation Vita and Nintendo 3DS at the same time. Capcom didn’t waste any time debunking that rumor with an official comment from Senior Vice-President Christian Svensson:
“I would not believe everything you read on the internet. It will set you up for disappointment or misdirected frustration.”
A previously reliable source has also leaked more rumors on the TGFC Club forums. Having previously predicting the correct release of Monster Hunter 3 on the Nintendo 3DS, the user also predicted the remake of the highly popular Square Enix RPG, Dragon Quest VII. That same user has also discussed a possible deal with Nintendo and Capcom that would see all future releases of Monster Hunter hitting the Nintendo 3DS.
However his latest claims are a little more extraordinary as he discussed the recent delays of the official Monster Hunter 4 release, saying it was caused by a deal that would see Monster Hunter release on the Playstation Vita. We’ll be sure to update you with any official response from Capcom.
